Little Meatloaves

Little Meatloaves  (Serves 6)

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.  Grease a 9 x 13 Pyrex baking dish.  Shape meat mixture into 8 individual loaves.  Combine the sauce ingredients and spoon over the top of the loaves.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until meat is cooked through and the juices run clear.

I often make extra sauce for my family because they love it!  All of my children eat this and we never have leftovers.  

Serve with potatoes, rice, or salad, and cornbread.
